Keeping your pet healthy should not feel like a financial juggling act. Our Pet Care Plan is designed to make the essentials straightforward and affordable; bringing together the preventative care your pet needs most into a single monthly payment and with a 10% discount on additional services.

It is not insurance. It is something different: a practical way to make sure your pet's routine care is never skipped because the timing is awkward or the cost feels like too much at once.

What's included?

Every Pet Care Plan includes the following as standard:

Vaccinations. Your pet's annual vaccinations are covered in full.
Six-monthly health checks. Two clinical examinations a year, to keep on top of your pet's health between vaccinations.
Year-round parasite protection. Flea, worming and parasite treatments for the whole year, delivered to your door.
Monthly payments. Everything above, spread across affordable monthly direct debits.

The small print

The Pet Care Plan runs on a minimum 12-month contract, which renews automatically each year.
A one-off set-up fee of £5 is payable with the first direct debit.
Early cancellation will result in any outstanding fees becoming payable to the practice.
The puppy and kitten home delivery service begins once your pet’s weight has stabilised.
Annual savings are based on the combined cost of vaccination, monthly flea and worm treatment and a 6 monthly health check when purchased from us at our normal charges.

Please note that the Pet Care Plan is not a pet insurance policy. We strongly advise all pet owners to hold a separate insurance policy alongside it, as insurance covers unexpected illness and injury in a way that a Pet Care Plan cannot.
